For orders outside the UK please apply your postcode once at the checkout to give an accurate price.
Scotland and the Highlands will be DHL 48/72 hours depending on location

Please note that our delivery costs do not include custom duties, handling charges or local taxes. Some of these services may be subject to a customs inspection, which can delay the delivery.
Return of Goods Policy/Refunds
Sometimes you just buy the wrong product; this isn’t a problem at all. You can return unwanted items. We will happily issue a full refund or an exchange within 30 days of purchase, providing you have proof of purchase, so please remember to hang on to your receipt or have your proof or purchase email. It is imperative that the item is in perfect resalable condition (including all packaging and tags). If the item has been used, damaged in any way we can not offer a refund.
***** EXTENDED RETURNS OVER CHRISTMAS ***** Any Robes purchased in December can be returned up to 60 days after the purchase, the above conditions still apply, unworn with tags and a vaild reciept etc.
Misused products include items used for a purpose different from that intended, as well as items not looked after.
If you have received an item as a gift, you may return the item for an exchange for a different size or colour. Please let us know the details when returning the item.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to get the item to us safely, so we suggest using a trackable signed for service. Refunds exclude the original shipping cost.
Please return to us with your name, order number if you have one and also the action needed, eg change to a different size or if you wish a full refund etc
Please ensure the item you wish to exchange is in stock. It may be worth purchasing the correct colour and size and then returning the item that you no longer want.
We can not exchange items that were in the sale for a full price item in a different colour or size.
We can not except retruns after 28 days.
Please note we can not accept returns without the labels and also if it’s been worn.

We are sorry to hear that you have a problem with your purchase. If the product you bought from us has a fault, please contact by either phone (07970409921) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org). We will ask for the item to be returned to us and may require a short explanation of what has happened and sometimes a photo to help us understand the issue. We will require a proof of purchase.
For items that are faulty within 30 days of purchase we will offer a full refund, repair or exchange.
Within 12 months of purchase, we will either seek to replace the product or repair it free of charge.
We do ask that all returned goods are sent dry and clean and are sent in suitable packaging for the item being sent.
